The auction is a highly anticipated Boys & Girls Clubs of the Virginia Peninsula tradition that allows us to celebrate our cause with food, drinks, entertainment, and live auctions. Most importantly, funds raised enable us to continue to serve more than 5,000 youth at our 10 open Club sites. Our mission is “to inspire and enable all young people, especially those who need us most, to reach their full potential as productive, caring, and responsible citizens.” With support from our generous community, BGCVP has worked hard to fulfill that mission day-to-day and has served as a leader in youth development since 1946. We provide high-quality programming after school and during the summer to youth ages 6-18, focusing on five core areas: Education, Leadership & Service, Health & Wellness, Sports & Recreation, and the Arts.
