Book: The Adventures of Huckleberry Finn
Author: Mark Twain
Genre: Fiction; Satire; Adventure
Summary: Huckleberry Finn and his friend Jim, provide each other with friendship and protection while they both journey along the Mississippi on their raft.
Likes: The suspense. While reading the book, I couldn’t quite figure out how the book would end or what would happen next. It definitely kept me on my toes.
Dislikes: It’s very hard to understand Jim’s dialogue because it’s broken language. Listening to the audio version will definitely help.
Rate: 7/10. It could’ve been better. I needed more action. During some points of the book, the characters were speaking in third person, which became very confusing.
Would you recommend it? Yes, but it depends on what you like to read and the persons reading level.
